Supplied with an underfelt collar (BFX) for a watertight seal and an insulation collar (BDX) for eradication of cold bridges and a reduction of heat loss, this VELUX Conservation roof window also comes with EDN recessed flashing which is suited for use with slate up to 8mm thick. Offering a sleek and elegant finish for your roof window, the recessed flashing ensures you can fit the window 40mm deeper into the structure so that it doesn't protrude as much above the roofline. Thanks to the click-on covers, installation is safe, easy and quick. The blue line along the side of the window also indicates where your brackets need to be positioned.

With premium features, this VELUX Conservation window is double glazed and includes safety lamination, VELUX's unique rain noise reduction, a UV filter and toughened glass. The safety lamination ensures glass won't fall into your room in the event of accidentally breaking while the rain noise reduction provides up to 35dB of sound insulation to decrease the sound of heavy rainfall so you can have a peaceful night's sleep. The UV filter shields your furniture from the sun's harmful UV rays which can cause colours to fade while the toughened glass delivers additional strength for the exterior pane to defend against external environmental elements.
